… to our favorite place. Apart from everything else, it has light, earth and smell. Being special, we want to share it with our guests.
Time goes slower here, and it is easier to connect to the senses. We left the routine and the commotion behind, and found an easier way to spend the days.
In winter the smell of burning fire keeps our bread and olives, which do not dispense with cheese and chorizo, and with a bottle of wine we allow ourselves to have long conversations. In spring, the fields explode with wildflowers. Summer brings warm sunrises with starry nights. In the fall, it’s all over to start over.
It’s that simple and good!

… ao nosso sitio preferido. Para além de todo o resto, tem luz, terra e cheiro. Por ser especial, queremos partilhá-lo com os nossos convidados.
Aqui o tempo corre mais devagar, e é mais fácil ligar-mo-nos aos sentidos. Deixamos a rotina e o reboliço para trás, e encontramos uma forma mais fácil de passar os dias.
No inverno o cheiro do lume a arder, faz companhia ao pão e às nossas azeitonas , que não prescindem do queijo e do chouriço, e com uma garrafa de vinho permiti-mo-nos a conversas longas. Na primavera, os campos explodem com flores selvagens. O Verão traz amanheceres quentes com noites estreladas. No outono, tudo termina para tudo recomeçar.
É assim, simples e bom!
